During your first skin treatment appointment, we will begin with a comprehensive consultation to assess your skin type, concerns, and goals. This includes a detailed analysis of your skin and a discussion of your skincare routine and any specific issues you’re experiencing. Based on this assessment, we will recommend a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

To prepare for your skin treatment, please arrive on time and ready to relax, but more importantly... Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and waxing for at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you are using any prescription skincare products, please inform your esthetician during the consultation.

The frequency of your skin treatments depends on your individual skin concerns and goals. Generally, we recommend scheduling treatments every 4-6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health and address specific issues. Your esthetician will provide personalized recommendations based on your skin’s needs.

After most skin treatments, it is best to avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and recover. Your esthetician will provide specific aftercare instructions based on the treatment you received, including recommendations on when it is safe to apply makeup.

Some redness or irritation is normal after certain skin treatments. To soothe your skin, we recommend using a gentle, hydrating moisturizer and avoiding sun exposure, hot showers, and harsh skincare products for the first 24-48 hours. If you experience severe or prolonged irritation, please contact us immediately for further guidance.

To prepare for your waxing appointment, ensure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long for the best results. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and using retinoid products for at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. Gently exfoliate the area a day or two before to help remove dead skin cells and prevent ingrown hairs.
Hair must be at least 1/4th inch in length no matter the area.
If I feel like your skin is compromised and not ideal to wax, we will reschedule. I want to make sure your skin is well taken care of!

Some discomfort is normal during waxing, especially if it’s your first time or if you have sensitive skin. However, the sensation typically decreases with regular waxing as the hair grows back finer and thinner. Our estheticians use high-quality Honeycomb Wax Co. products and techniques to minimize discomfort and ensure a smooth experience.

Waxing results typically last between 3-6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and the area of the body being treated. With regular waxing, you will notice that your hair grows back finer and more slowly over time, potentially extending the duration between appointments.

Yes, you can still get waxed if you have sensitive skin. Our Honeycomb Wax Co. products are designed to be gentle on the skin while providing effective hair removal. If you have specific concerns, please let your esthetician know during the consultation so we can take extra precautions and provide personalized care.

After your waxing appointment, avoid sun exposure, hot baths, saunas, and activities that cause excessive sweating for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation. Wear loose-fitting clothing to avoid friction on the waxed area. Keep the area clean and avoid applying heavy lotions or creams immediately after waxing. Exfoliate gently after a few days to help prevent ingrown hairs.

If you experience ingrown hairs after waxing, gently exfoliate the affected area a few times a week using a mild scrub or exfoliating mitt to help free trapped hairs. Use the AFTER WAX CARE KIT as directed. Avoid picking or squeezing ingrown hairs to reduce the risk of infection and scarring. If you have persistent issues with ingrown hairs, make sure to communicate well with your esthetician so we can work together to find a solution.

When you arrive, enter through the lobby where there is a seating area. The second pair of doors are locked for security. To buzz me, enter the code 303 followed by the bell icon. I will either buzz you in or come to meet you at the door.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Capital Mall, making it easy and convenient for you to visit Wildflower Estetica.

Once inside, you will find my private suite, which is cozy, clean, and designed for your comfort. Additionally, there is a restroom accessible just two doors down from my suite.

LATE CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement for a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand that life happens please kindly notify us as soon as possible.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time.

Products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt, provided they are unopened and unused.
